Julian Cook

Julian Cook is the founder and CEO of Howamigoing, a company that provides feedback culture solutions for enterprises. Cook and his team aim to help corporations move away from conventional performance reviews and opt for a more individualized feedback process. He has amassed years of experience in the corporate world, having previously held the position of Investment Banking Associate at J.P. Morgan and Goldman Sachs, as well as Analyst and Associate roles at Gresham Partners. Cook studied Advanced Mathematics at the University of Sydney, where he obtained a First Class Honors degree, and attended the Financial Services Institute of Australia for Selected Corporate Finance courses. Outside his profession, Cook served as a Committee Member for Fundraising at Victor Chang Cardiac Research Institute, worked as a Statistician (Part-time) at FIT BioCeuticals and interned as an Actuary at Quantium.
