- Built Western Region go to market sales and consulting organization responsible for IT solutions within a $3B revenue segment-	Established subject matter experts across IT stack (infrastructure, cloud, SaaS, managed services)-	Directed sales and engineering effort target at entire customer base, centered on delivering positive business outcomes for customers.  -	Expanded the customer base through targeted marketing, effective engagement of channel partners and via specific, purpose built campaigns-	Leveraged Six Sigma principles to improve cycle times, reduce waste and accelerate quote to cash

Vice President - Cloud and IT Solutions

- Built Vertical Markets sales organization focused on global Manufacturing, Energy, Transportation and Technology Enterprise firms.-	Integrated 2 separate sales organizations into four teams focused on solution selling and consulting to top 450+ global enterprise firms -	Responsible for creating, organizing a go to market strategy and leading effort to build support resource base focused on solving customers critical business and operations issues by leveraging current and next generation solution sets -	Provide strategic leadership and feedback to peer sales leaders, product marketing, engineering and operations teams-	Technical solution responsibility included the entire IT stack, as well as the full security portfolio

Area Vice President - Security and IT Solutions

- Provide thought leadership to enterprise customers by building and fostering executive relationships within global customer base mainly comprised of the Global 2000 -	Lead resource planning and allocation of sales engineering support to a four branch, ten state region with a combined worldwide billed revenue responsibility of over $850M-	Full fiscal responsibility to manage the planning of resources and the corresponding operational budget at the SGA level

Director - Solutions Engineering

- Responsible for Western US (12 States) directing the pre-sales, point of sales, and post sales efforts of 7 teams of solutions engineers (70), with 1 team of professionals (14) focused on selling customer premise equipment within enterprise accounts.-	Successfully integrated 2 disparate engineering and sales organizations (200+ employees) in 2006 through $7B merger by consolidating operations and selecting key management personnel from each legacy division to lead respective geographies.

Director - Sales and Sales Engineering

- Directed all sales, customer service, pre and post sales technical design and support, and implementation activities within the States of Washington and Oregon; modified P&L responsibility-	Reorganized the cost structure from an inherited position to reallocate SGA towards higher valued customer centric activities.  -       Within 6 months created a top 3 profit center
