Sarah Lacy is a seasoned journalist, entrepreneur, and a staunch supporter of women. With nearly two decades of experience in the field of journalism, Sarah has made her mark as a fearless reporter and a sought-after speaker. After completing her studies at St. Mary's Episcopal School and Rhodes College, Sarah started her career as a reporter for Memphis Business Journal, where she covered various beats. She later moved to Silicon Valley/San Jose Business Journal, where she covered the tech and biotech industry. She has also worked as a columnist for BusinessWeek and as a Senior Editor at TechCrunch. In 2011, while on maternity leave, Sarah founded Pando.com, an investigative journalism company that she built into a profitable business. She is currently the founder and CEO of Chairman Mom, a startup that aims to support working mothers. Sarah is also the author of the book "A Uterus Is a Feature Not a Bug: The Working Woman's Guide to Overthrowing the Patriarchy" (HarperBusiness), in which she shares her experiences as a working mother and offers practical advice to help women overcome the challenges they face.
