Peggy Moss is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in writing, advocacy, and diversity and inclusion initiatives. Before relocating to Toronto, she focused on addressing bullying, inclusion, and hate violence as a hate violence prosecutor in the US.

Peggy's experience includes roles such as Director, New Business Development, Communications at Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP, and various writing and advocacy positions with organizations like ABA Commission on Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity, Fraser Milner Casgrain LLP, EnergyCircle.com, and others.

With a strong educational foundation including an MFA in Creative Writing, a JD in Law, and an AB in History from reputable institutions like Stonecoast MFA, USM, American University Washington College of Law, and Princeton University, Peggy brings a unique blend of skills and expertise to her current position.

In her current role, Peggy leads a national team of writers, focusing on maintaining brand consistency and showcasing the organization's value to clients. She also dedicates significant time to coaching professionals on presentation skills and writing. Additionally, she actively engages in diversity, inclusion, and pro bono initiatives.

Combining her passion for writing with her dedication to diversity and inclusion, Peggy develops and implements various programs in her current role. She oversees a wide range of content creation, including proposals, speeches, video-scripts, ad copy, and marketing collateral. Furthermore, she mentors and guides her team towards success, emphasizing strong leadership and teamwork.

Peggy's advocacy work extends to training teachers, law enforcement, and healthcare providers on prevention strategies to ensure safe school environments across the US. She has also authored children's books addressing themes of belonging, exclusion, bullying, and visibility, with over 100,000 copies sold.
