Rona Kremer is a Diversity and Inclusion Program Manager at Dolby Laboratories and has an extensive background in talent planning, HR, and coaching. Her passion for facilitating moments that contribute to personal and professional growth, connection, joy, and belonging has led her to work with organizations such as Consumer Technology Association and Gap Inc.

Rona studied Socio-Cultural Anthropology at the University of California, Berkeley, and has experience in supervising visitor services, co-founding a nonprofit organization, coordinating training and administrative tasks, and being a summer fellow at the European Union of Jewish Students.
