Richard Wandoff is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in private equity investing and transaction advisory.

He has a successful track record of collaborating with entrepreneurs and management teams to improve businesses in aerospace & defense and industrial growth sectors.

Currently, Mr. Wandoff serves as a Partner at Blue Sea Capital, where he is a valuable member of the executive and investment committees.

Prior to his role at Blue Sea Capital, he was a Partner at Brockway Moran & Partners for fourteen years, contributing as a member of the investment committee.

During his tenure, Mr. Wandoff held leadership positions such as Chairman of MW Industries and Director of various companies including Cosmetic Essence, Integrated Aerospace, and Tri-Star Electronics.

Before his time at Brockway Moran & Partners, he gained significant experience at Arthur Andersen, where he worked for six years at the world headquarters.

At Arthur Andersen, he excelled as a Manager in the transaction advisory practice, supporting private equity funds and financial institutions.

With a strong educational background, Richard Wandoff holds a B.B.A. with high distinction and a Master's Degree in Accounting from the University of Michigan.

He is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), showcasing his expertise in finance and accounting.
