Diego Padilla is an experienced international consultant with over 10 years of expertise in sustainable development, democratic governance, project management, research, evaluation, and reporting. His educational background is rich and includes a Master's degree in Public Law from Universidad de Costa Rica, as well as a Juris Doctor in Law from the same university. He also studied Tax law and Taxation at the Instituto Tecnológico de Costa Rica and obtained a diploma in The European System of Human Rights and Humanitarian Law at Europa-Universität Viadrina Frankfurt (Oder).
