Yuliya Keskin is an accomplished HR and Recruiting Manager with over 13 years of experience in managing all aspects of the People Operations function. She has extensive knowledge of the latest HR and Recruiting practices and specializes in talent acquisition, employee records management, candidate experience, staff reviews, remuneration advising, and employment law interpretation. Her strength lies in her ability to provide an individual approach to every person and problem while being mindful of formal processes to increase productivity, performance, and satisfaction.

Yuliya is also an IT event maker and advisor with a special focus on communication and public relations. She has a deep understanding of event management and considers event-making to be a natural course in continuous evolution in her IT career. Her current role involves getting productive people communications to the brand new level, crafting cool user experiences for technical and non-technical IT events, and creating a beneficent environment for knowledge sharing.

Yuliya is the CEO and founder of VeryBusy Recruiting and leads two communities: CocoaHeads Ukraine, the largest iOS/MacOS engineers community in Ukraine, and VeryBusy, an HR and Recruiting Community. She formerly worked as an HR Business Partner at ALEPH ONE, as the Owner and Conference Manager at UMT (uaMobiTech), and an HR Lead at Cleveroad Inc., Yalantis, MURKA, and Absolutist Ltd. Additionally, Yuliya worked as a Bookkeeper at Dnepropetrovsk lyceum of information and law.
