Sachin Jog is an accomplished professional with over 25 years of experience in the corporate and military sectors. He is a former Officer of the Indian Navy, where he handled the selection and recruitment of officers and served as an Operations Officer of a Mobile Missile Squadron and also as Commanding Officer of a Warship. Additionally, he is the founder and instructor at Stepping Stone Academy for SSB Guidance, an organization that helps armed forces aspirants to achieve success at the Services Selection Board tests.

Sachin has also worked in the private sector, serving as a Senior Leadership member of one of the world's largest Decision Sciences Firms, where he was responsible for driving the HR strategy and organizational culture. He has extensive experience in HR functions such as recruitment, HR operations, managing employee life cycle, compensation and benefits, performance appraisals, etc. He is also a visiting faculty member at the ICFAI Business School, where he teaches practical aspects of the HR domain in a classroom environment.

Sachin has studied at prestigious institutions such as Anna University, IIM Indore, and NDA, where he obtained a Bachelor's degree in BSc, a certificate course in management and HR, and an MBA in HR with distinction, respectively. His areas of interest include personality assessment-based selection of candidates using psychometric tools in an Assessment center-based set-up, training in leadership and personality development, and teaching practical aspects of the HR domain in a classroom environment.
