Xavier Aragall is a highly educated and experienced professional with a diverse background in political science, management, and international business. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, a Master in Management of Cultural Institutions and Companies from Universitat de Barcelona, and a Master's degree in Project Management from OBS Business School. Additionally, he studied PhD courses in Political and Social Science at Universitat Pompeu Fabra and a Bachelor in International Business at Oxford Brookes University.

Xavier has worked in various organizations as a technical advisor, training coordinator, and e-learning tutor. Currently, he serves as the Euro-Mediterranean Policies Technical Advisor at the European Institute of the Mediterranean, where he works towards promoting dialogue and cooperation within the Mediterranean region. Previously, Xavier worked as a Training Coordinator at Euromed Migration III and as an e-learning tutor at Postgraduate Programmes in Cultural Management.

Xavier's broad education and diverse work experience have developed his skills in project management, cultural management, international relations, and migration policies. He has a passion for promoting cooperation and dialogue within the Mediterranean region and has expertise in developing and implementing training programs for professionals in these areas.
