Throughout her career, Peggy has held several senior-level management positions. She currently serves as the Director of Staffing - Sales & Recruiting, North America at Allygrow Technologies, where she oversees staffing and recruitment activities. Prior to this, she held roles as the Vice President, Sales & Recruiting at CrossFire Group LLC, Managing Director at Angott Search Group, and Director, Sales & Recruiting at Ranal, Inc. (now Allygrow Technologies).
