Rosanna Pelaez has an impressive background of over 15 years of experience working in marketing and trade for consumer goods. She is a results-driven individual who is committed to delivering exceptional outcomes even when working under pressure with limited supervision. Pelaez is known for her attention to detail, creativity, and her passion for her work. Her strong leadership skills have also contributed to her past successes.

Pelaez earned her bachelor's and licentiate degrees in Ciencias y Letras and Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication, respectively, from the Universidad APEC. She went on to pursue her Master's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services, Maestría, still at the Universidad APEC. Throughout her career, she has gained diverse international experience, having worked for major firms such as Sanofi, Procter & Gamble, and The Coca-Cola Company, holding roles such as TradeMarketing Manager Cluster Caribe, CEO, Gerente de Trademarketing, Gerente Categoria Centroamerica y El Caribe, Franchise Brand Manager, and Gerente de Marca, among others.
