Catherine Graf is a highly experienced in-house and law firm attorney, specializing in corporate affairs and litigation. With over 25 years of professional practice, Graf has a proven track record of handling complex legal matters related to privacy, intellectual property protection, employment, commercial transactions, dispute resolution and avoidance, and corporate governance.

Graf graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor's degree in Journalism before studying Law at DePaul University College of Law. She has since held several notable positions in top law firms and travel companies, including Journera Inc., Wildman Harrold Allen & Dixon, Orbitz Inc., Arthur Andersen LLP, and McDermott Will and Emery.

Presently, Graf serves as Vice President of Legal and Administration at Journera Inc., and has previously worked as Principal and Of Counsel at Catherine Mathews Graf, Esq. and Wildman Harrold Allen & Dixon, respectively. At Orbitz Inc., she held the role of Senior Counsel in the publically held internet travel company with 500 employees.
