Kristi Johnson

Kristi Johnson is a Principal at Windham Brannon, leading the Family Business Practice, offering tax planning, compliance, and accounting services to closely-held businesses and their supporting families. She is highly experienced in complex tax planning for various entities such as corporations, partnerships, estates, trusts, and foundations. Kristi's tenure at Windham Brannon since 2000 has been marked by her exceptional interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and proficiency in handling intricate financial matters to deliver comprehensive planning solutions.

Before her role at Windham Brannon, Kristi served as a Trust Officer at SunTrust for seven years. In this position, she managed tax planning and preparation for around 400 trusts, in addition to assisting high net worth individuals with investment planning.

Kristi Johnson completed her Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting at Kennesaw State University. She remains an active member of professional bodies such as the AICPA and Georgia Society of CPAs.

Outside of her professional engagements, Kristi resides in Kennesaw with her spouse Bill and their children, Emme and Tate.
