Following the acquisition of Interactive Ideas, I was part of the project team involved in the integration process of moving our back end systems from Sage to SAP and ensuring the people remained motivated. Part of this process was spending time with the customers and vendors that we had, to explain the benefits of the acquisition and the management of any onboarding of new systems, processes and people. Whilst in this position I was also still responsible for the Sales number at the Enfield office and continued to deliver the numbers with my team.

A distributor of Enterprise software and services. My key role was to manage the Sales teams and Product Managers to achieve target and grow the business. I was also involved in the commercial aspects of the business around new customers, systems, strategic finance discussions and also the back end systems. In the seven years I was on the board as Sales Director, the business grew from £8m to £35m with approximately 20% growth year on year whilst also delivering profitable growth

A distributor of peripherals and video games to retailers and mail order companies. I started as an account Manager and built a small team of 4 Account Managers once I became Sales Manager. We dealt with all the key retailers in the Video Game, Toy and leisure industry.

One of the first and largest entertainment distributors. I started my work life here as a returns Manager based in the warehouse for the business, dealing with all the faulty and broken products. I worked my way up through the warehouse, returns and into the buying department. After one year in buying I had an opportunity to move into Sales and established some key customers such as RSC, Technomatic and other retailers in Central London. We soon established ourselves as the lead distributor in PC software and peripherals and eventually won the Dixons contract to supply them with Microsoft.
