Roos has a diverse educational background, having studied intercultural communications, strategic planning, design thinking, and various business administration courses. He holds a diploma in behavioral economics and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Exeter.

As Director of Innovation & Design Strategy at Visa, Roos channels his passion for transforming hippos into creative collaborators to create a culture of innovation that solves complex business problems. Prior to Visa, he worked at Google as the Global Innovation Evangelist, Business Acquisition Manager, and Creative Strategy & Innovation at the ZOO.
