His primary focus has been on building and running SaaS-based mobile and web products and cloud-based platforms/APIs for consumers and enterprises in B2BC and B2B settings in healthcare, payments, security, and financial systems.

Serdar specializes in defining and executing business and product strategy and product roadmaps and has a proven record of driving innovation, customer-driven product management, lean startup, and agile product development methodologies. He has a vast experience in business development and M&A and has built and managed high performing teams, including Product Management, User Experience Design, Mobile, Web, Server and Platform Engineering/Development, and QA teams.
