Paige Finn Doherty is a highly accomplished entrepreneur and computer science graduate from San Diego State University. Paige has gained experience at TVC Capital, a B2B software-focused growth equity firm, investing in strong teams with mission-critical solutions. Paige is also a Lavin Entrepreneurship Fellow and has co-founded a digital marketing agency, spent three years at Northrop Grumman in systems testing/product management, tutored SDSU students in calculus, and developed web & social content for various businesses. She is adept in professional and extracurricular event planning, enhancing her communication skills and embracing the unknown. Besides, Paige has great public speaking skills and loves building strong teams. She is continuously reading books on entrepreneurship, psychology, history, and product design, focusing on the customer-driven development framework in her investing, curriculum-building, and personal relationships. Paige is a Founding Partner at Behind Genius Ventures, and formerly held positions as Early Stage Syndicate Lead, Developer Success Engineer, Growth Equity Analyst, Venture Capital Analyst, Chief of Staff at a stealth startup, and lead technical product management intern at Northrop Grumman. Paige wrote a book and is interested in sustainability initiatives and bridging the gender equity gap in funding.
