Brad Neff is an action-oriented climate strategist with over a decade of experience in the energy industry. He is a driven leader who has successfully implemented government carbon credit markets, low-carbon fuel regulations, and offset credits for compliance and voluntary purposes. Brad's passion for creative thinking has allowed him to improve the environment and sustainability of businesses that improve our lives. He has extensive knowledge in advocating for climate-related government programs and expanding environmental policies at Chevron. Brad has been a key figure in leading regulatory advocacy, policy analysis, and implementation of California's cap and trade market at PG&E, achieving 100% compliance while working with different teams across the organization. He is also a climate solutions enthusiast who has volunteered his time to advise the International Small-group and Tree-planting Program (TIST).
