Florian Schoppmann is a highly experienced software engineer with a strong academic background in theoretical computer science. He earned his PhD from Paderborn University with the highest honors, and has worked in a variety of settings, including at large tech companies like Dell EMC, as an independent consultant, and as a co-founder of his own startup. Florian is passionate about solving challenging problems in efficient ways, and a significant portion of his work is available as open source. He is a former postdoctoral researcher at Stanford University and a former intern at dSPACE GmbH and arvato Systems. Currently, he is the co-founder of aerobotX Inc.
