Susanta Saha is an Operations Manager, Social and Development Activist, and Entrepreneur with over 10 years of experience in developing agro startups and implementing market system development projects in challenging areas of Bangladesh.
His expertise lies in agricultural crops, livestock, fish, poultry, WASH, transport, and financial markets, with a focus on Gender (WEE), DRR, conflict-sensitive management, governance, and safe pesticide use.
Susanta has a proven track record of working on projects funded by organizations like SDC, IFAD, brac, icddr.b, and with corporate entities in renowned organizations such as Swisscontact, iDE-B, icddr’b, CAH Group, and brac.
He excels in developing partnerships, smooth project implementation, innovation, piloting, scaling up, and timely delivery of planned activities. Additionally, Susanta has strong experience in implementing Monitoring and Result Measurement (MRM) systems aligned with the DCED standard.
Education-wise, Susanta studied Anthropology, Development Studies, and conducted research on the intrusion of saline water into agricultural lands at Dhaka University and North South University.
