Lindsey Bleimes is an accomplished engineering leader with over 15 years of experience in software development and team building. She holds a Master of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Maryland College Park and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Carnegie Mellon University. Bleimes has held various positions in different industries, managing diverse teams across multiple cities. She started her career as a consultant for the Cook Islands Ministry of Education and was a Software Engineer and Team Lead at Lockheed Martin. Bleimes worked at Wayfair, where she held several positions such as Solutions Manager, Software Engineering Manager, Senior Manager of International Engineering, Associate Director of Engineering and QA, and Engineering Director of Catalog Engineering. Before her current position as Vice President of Engineering at Nubank, Bleimes led an engineering team at Wayfair that built a global technology system to manage and optimize product data.
