Ailen Fee is a seasoned manager with years of experience in high-growth technology. With skills in strategy, operations management, marketing, people management, and regulatory strategy, Ailen has developed a robust set of capabilities to excel in her work. Ailen attended Norland Middle School and Barbara Goleman High School before studying for her Master of Business Administration at the University of Chicago. She also studied at the University of Chicago Paris Center and received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Chicago as well.

Ailen has been involved in several organizations, including her current role as Vice President of Revenue Operations at Orthly, a role where she oversees the planning and execution of sales, marketing, and brand growth strategies. Before this, Ailen worked as the Senior Strategy and Planning Manager at Uber, where she was responsible for developing and managing long-term strategic plans to optimize business operations. Prior to Uber, Ailen served as a Senior Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton, where she gained expertise in business strategy, technology, and engineering.

Ailen has also interned at AIG and Russell Reynolds & Associates and worked as an Operations Manager at Truck World Transport Corporation. With her varied background and vast experience, Ailen is poised to make a significant impact in any organization.
