Katie Rouse is an accomplished senior associate partner at Bellwether Education Partners, known for her outstanding experience in education, business, and development. Rouse studied Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology, Education, Sociology at Swarthmore College and went on to earn her Master of Business Administration at Harvard Business School.

Before joining Bellwether Education Partners, Rouse served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Growth Officer at Dc Prep, where she was responsible for the overall growth and success of the organization. She also gained substantial experience as a Broad Resident at Chicago Public Schools, where she was tasked with improving student learning outcomes.

Prior to her endeavors in education, Rouse worked as a Case Team Leader at Bain & Company and Marketing Manager at Truefitt & Hill N.A. She also served as Director of Administrator and Development at Youth Inc Nyc.
