Ting Lu is a highly skilled environmental engineer with a passion for water conservation and digital transformation in the water industry. With a Ph.D. and MS in environmental engineering from the University of Cincinnati, and a visiting scholarship from Stanford University, Lu has extensive experience in environmental engineering, water management, and digital solutions. She is currently serving as the Business Practice Leader for Digital Solutions at Clean Water Services, a former principal engineer at Clean Water Services, and also has experience as the Deputy Integrated Planning Lead at Black & Veatch and as an Environmental Engineer at Metropolitan Sewer District of Greater Cincinnati. Lu has also earned a Transformational Leadership Program at Xavier University, rounding out her extensive education.

Lu is committed to leveraging digital solutions to promote collaboration and partnership in the water sector to serve communities, restore watershed health, and improve overall quality of life. As an expert in emerging technologies, including Internet of Things, she has a wealth of knowledge and expertise in digital solutions, water policy, and management. Her skills and leadership abilities have allowed her to work closely with communities, agencies, and industry leaders to promote water conservation and sustainability.
