Venkat Arvind Sambaraj is a highly experienced professional with over 18 years of experience leading teams in the IT industry. He has held key leadership roles in reputable companies like Sierra Atlantic, ARRIS Group, and BigBand Networks, where he demonstrated expertise in functional and technical fields like Oracle Applications 11i, middleware, data warehousing, and SOX compliance. Venkat has also undertaken training for Oracle Partners in Sydney and Bangalore.

One of Venkat's most exciting roles was at Sierra Atlantic, where he led the BEA team and managed the development and delivery of business PIPS for Universal Application Network (UAN), a proprietary product by Siebel. He was instrumental in leading and managing the Application Network (ANET) team, which developed various integrating points between application endpoints like Clarify, SAP, and Oracle. Venkat has primarily worked on the Oracle Applications space as a functional-techno consultant, leading implementations in the Middle East and US.

Venkat is well known for his strong professional and leadership qualities, combined with vast experience in project/delivery management, consulting, and solution architecting. He's a certified Scrum Master (CSM) and has excellent governance skills related to IT SOX compliance processes.
