Wayne Chang, a versatile professional with a strong foundation in finance and accounting, has a diverse portfolio of experiences that set him apart in the industry. After earning a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles, he moved on to pursue an MBA in Global Innovation at California State University - East Bay. He then went on to work at prominent companies such as Bank of the West and Stanford University, where he held the positions of Financial Analyst, Accounting Analyst, Sr. Fixed Asset Accountant, and Payroll Accountant. Currently, he works as a Senior Financial and Accounting Analyst at Pacific Maritime Association.

Beyond his professional achievements, Wayne is a certified angel investor, having invested in over 80 startups to date. He also dropped out of a Ph.D. program and boasts an Emmy under his belt. He describes himself as being "all-in" on psychology and strategy, which helps him play what he considers to be a real-life version of the game Catan.
