Oleg Kurochka is a versatile professional with a growth mindset who has transitioned from a career in law to technology and venture capital. He has completed his LLB from The London School of Economics and Political Science and also achieved a distinction in Legal Practice Course from BPP Law School. He started his career in law in maritime and international trade at Clyde & Co and Rajah & Tann Asia. He then moved to Barclays Investment Bank, where he worked as a legal associate. After a few years, he shifted his focus to a new realm and began working with Entrepreneur First in Singapore. During his three years at EF, he held various roles such as Program Associate and Business Development Analyst, where he recruited over 100 individuals, managed internal tools, and built an efficient recruitment process. He worked with EF to launch over 30 deep tech startups from scratch, which has given him extensive knowledge and understanding of the technology and venture capital sector. Kurochka is also a Business Development & Product executive at Portcast Pte Ltd, where he developed go-to-market strategies and partnerships.
