This strategy included flyering, social media, pre-events such as a resume workshop, and a post-event. ▪  Recruited over 75 startup’s from around the country to come to campus for the career fair. I would reach out to about 10 new companies per week for 14 weeks, setting up calls/meetings to get them interested in attending.▪  Helped to attract over 1,500 students to the fair through our marketing strategy.

Responsible for constructing and analyzing spreadsheet data (shipping, sales, costs etc.) using excel, needed to determine overall functionality of the company. Created strategic social media plan for Mackinley Manor, helped generate awareness for the new startup, managing Twitter and Facebook through Hootsuite. This marketing plan included private events at companies such as Liquidnet, to attract subscribers. Directed competitive intelligence market research to gain knowledge of companies existing in the space. This was done to compare our model, products, and pricing to remain competitive with the other companies that were doing something similar in the market.

We had to know all products in the store like the back of our hand in order to have engaging conversations with customers.
