Marcos Silva is a highly experienced professional with a background in Administrative and Financial fields. He has served as CFO for the last 18 years in highly regarded companies in technology, agronegocios, and consultancy sectors. Marcos holds an MBA from the renowned University of São Paulo.

Mr. Silva has been part of companies' reorganization processes, governance implementation, cost reduction, warranting, and incentivizing employees through complex merit-based remuneration systems, such as PLR and stock options. He possesses a wide range of skills and knowledge that can be applied successfully in companies facing organizational and financial challenges.

Prior to his present role, Marcos held Financial and Administrative Director positions at AGR S BÁRBARA, BM&FBOVESPA, and was Audit Manager at PwC Brasil.
