Jordan Gomez is a highly skilled Associate Vice President and Team Leader of the Private Capital Group at Colliers International. Throughout his career, he has specialized in the acquisition and disposition of privately owned shopping centers, achieving significant success along the way. Jordan is a comprehensively knowledgeable professional with a strong work ethic and unwavering determination when it comes to providing his clients with superior service. His career highlights include receiving the coveted Pacesetter award from Matthews Real Estate Investment Services in 2016 and contributing to several National Cap Rate records for both Shopping Centers and Net Leased Investments.

Jordan's team at Colliers International, led by El Warner, has transacted over $10 billion of Retail assets, positioning them as one of the top Investment Sales Teams in Southern California since 2016. Prior to this role, Jordan worked as an Associate at Matthews Real Estate Investment Services, a Talent Specialist at Skyrocket Ventures, a Public Relations Intern at UCSB Department of Communication, a Research Assistant at UCSB Department of Communication, and a Marketing Intern at UCSB Intercollegiate Athletics.

Jordan holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication from University of California, Santa Barbara, where he maintained a GPA of 3.75.
