Pavel Kolev is an experienced sports event manager and communications professional with a wealth of knowledge in football. He has a Diplôme in Football Management from IDHEAP Lausanne, and a Master's degree in European Sports Governance with distinction from CDES. Kolev has proven his abilities in multiple high-level positions, including as the CEO of PFC Levski, the Deputy General Secretary of the Bulgarian Football Union, and as a Committee Member at UEFA. Additionally, he served as the EURO Under-17 Championship Tournament Director and the Head of Communications at the Bulgarian Football Union.
