I joined as the 3rd member of the Middle East team. As an Associate, I was responsible for understanding our clients’ needs, mapping out industries and organisations, executing our search strategy, and delivering access to the specialists or experts who could add value to our clients’ thinking.

In my second year, I focused on growing the African portfolio, alongside contributing to our Middle Eastern accounts. My responsibilities included building client relationships, business development and leading delivery on projects. The Weissman Center for Leadership at Mount Holyoke serves to enhance student's ability to think independently and analytically to become effective writers and speakers. It does this through academic and co-curricular offerings.

As a Student Ambassador, I advertised events organized by the center, including the largest talks on campus. I also implemented strategies to increase visibility of the center on campus and handled administrative functions in the center’s office.
