Leanda Care, PhD

Leanda Care is an accomplished individual with a diverse educational background and extensive experience in various organizations.

She holds a PhD in International Human Resources from Monash University, an MBA in Business from Melbourne Business School, a Master of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from the University of Melbourne, and a BA (Hons) in Japanese and ethnomusicology also from Monash University.

Leanda's educational journey also includes achieving high academic recognition during her High School Certificate where she excelled in subjects like Japanese, English, Piano, Pure Maths, and Music at Toorak College.

Throughout her career, Leanda has held significant roles such as Contributing Editor at Macau Daily Times, Editorial Advisory Board member at Global Business and Organizational Excellence, and Editorial Review Board member at Journal of Global Mobility.

She has also worked as a Research Partner at IGamiX Management & Consulting Ltd, as well as being a Former Course Convenor for the MBA Program at Asia Pacific International College.

Leanda Care's involvement extends to being a Founding member and Secretary on the Preparation Committee at Macau 21st Century Association, a Co-opted member on the Management Committee at British Business Association Macau, and a member of Associação de Vela de Macau.

Her academic career includes positions such as Former Assistant Professor and MBA Co-ordinator at the University of Saint Joseph, as well as a Committee member at HR Committee Aust Cham.

Furthermore, Leanda Care has valuable industry experience having served as a Director at Winebaby Pty Ltd, Specialist Sales and Marketing at Comalco Smelting, and Assistant Manager in General Products at Sumitomo Australia.
