Before his current role, Tim served as General Manager of The Phoenician Resort and The Westin Kuala Lumpur, overseeing the day-to-day hotel operations, leading teams, and enhancing guests' satisfaction. He also held management positions at Sheraton Surabaya Hotel & Towers, The Royal Orchid Sheraton Bangkok, Westin Hotels & Resorts, and Pan Pacific Hotels Group, focusing on food and beverage operations.
