Grew the business from a small start-up servicing Clapham in London to covering all of Greater London within six months of launch and the team from 2 to 15 people.

Initially performed many of the critical functions myself so have knowledge & experience of technology, legal, recruitment, medical, accounting, fundraising etc as well as other issues.

Provided investment ideas and portfolio strategy ideas to some of the highest-profile investors in the U.K. and internationally.

Brought in with a mandate to improve their hedge fund offering to existing clients and to build relationships with new clients. I covered upwards of 30 clients.

Managed sizeable global hedge fund clients including GLG, Citadel, BTG Pactual, Jabre, Cheyne, Horizon, Caxton, HBK, New Peak, Segantii, Abbeville, DE Shaw and DSAM.

Part of management steering committee identifying prospective hedge fund launches.
