Dominik Moritz is an accomplished computer science professor, researcher, and ML/HCI expert who has made significant contributions to the data visualization and analysis field. He is currently a Research Scientist at Apple, where he works on developing scalable and interactive systems to enhance user experiences. Additionally, he co-leads the Data Interaction Group at Carnegie Mellon University, where he formerly held a professorship. Prior to these roles, Moritz completed his Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Computer Science at the University of Washington, where he interned at both Google AI and Microsoft Research.
