I have conducted management and strategy consulting for startups and for Portuguese and Spanish SMEs within renewables, digital marketing, retail, agribusiness, tourism, trading, real estate and others regarding three main aspects:
1) Firstly, I analyse/restructure de business model and its value proposition, including the team and its execution capacity. This process incorporates market validation, scalability potential, partnerships and exit strategies;
2) Internationalisation, market entry strategy, investment requirements and implementation plans;
3) Business operations, cost reduction and marketing including product portfolio analysis and creation of new revenue streams.
