Samantha holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with a Major in Psychology and a Minor in Business Management & Leadership from Miami University.

Before joining Allstate as a Learning & Development Consultant, Samantha had interned at Hi-Cone and The Kaleidoscope Group, where she had gained valuable experience in Human Resources and Diversity & Inclusion Consulting. She had also been involved with Miami Adweek at FCB Global and had an internship in Marketing at Hope for Women Magazine.
