Mela Martorano

Mela Martorano is a multi-faceted professional with a diverse educational background and extensive experience in various organizations. Holding a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the Universidad Simón Bolívar, Martorano went on to complete a Master of Arts in Psychology at Boston University, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business, Finance, and Marketing with a GPA of 3.7 from The University of Tulsa, and an MPA with a focus on leadership, negotiations, and policy at Harvard University.

Martorano is a Relocation and Outplacement Coach at IMPACT Group, where she provides support and guidance to professionals going through job transitions. She previously served as Director-Owner at Cipher Partners, a Director at PWC- PriceWaterhouseCoopers, and a Manager-Consulting Services at Accenture. Martorano has also held positions as a Psychologist professor at the University of Phoenix and Director of the Office of the Assistant to the President for Diversity and Inclusion at Harvard University. Additionally, earlier in her career, Martorano held the role of Sales Engineer at IBM Venezuela, S.A.
