Janine Anthony Bowen is an accomplished attorney, entrepreneur, engineer, strategist, and board member with a wealth of experience in digital transformation, healthcare technology, privacy and data protection, intellectual property, and commercial transactions. As Partner and Co-Leader of the Privacy Governance and Technology Transactions Practice Team, the Digital Transformation and Data Economy Team, and the Healthcare Technology Practice in the Digital Assets and Data Management Group at BakerHostetler, she has advised clients on deals worth well over $1 billion in total value. She also brings over a dozen years of board service and leadership experience, having chaired four boards and served in executive leadership roles for organizations in various industries, including retail, education, and workforce development. As an entrepreneur, Janine founded and managed the technology law boutique practice, Jack Attorneys & Advisors, as CEO and Lead Partner, establishing the business's cloud-based infrastructure, managing human capital, and driving growth before ultimately facilitating an exit. Janine holds a JD in Law from Georgia State University College of Law, an MS in Industrial Engineering, and a BS in Industrial Engineering from Clemson University.
