Roland is an expert at fostering strategic partnerships and alliances, identifying potential consumers, organizing and managing global programs/events, and analyzing/researching market trends to generate new business opportunities and community initiatives. He has also successfully led promotional campaigns and redefined the consumer experience by infusing innovation, passion, and creativity in personalized engagement strategies.
