As Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Zero Gravity Agency, Lauren has worked with over 45 clients in just 3 years, developing and managing their products, projects, and people to achieve their goals and grow their businesses. She has a particular focus on helping mission-driven startups, with a strong emphasis on female founders and social enterprises that provide wraparound services to underserved populations.

Lauren is also highly involved in the world of education and mentorship, serving as Entrepreneur in Residence and Board of Advisors member at the Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation at CCSF, mentoring and advising portfolio companies and high-potential applicants for Pipeline Angels, and leading workshops, coaching sessions, and one-on-one mentoring for early-stage founders at the Nasdaq Entrepreneurial Center and SCORE.org.

She has also been recognized for her work in education and workforce development, having built and grown several certificate and training programs for the Bay Area Video Coalition and the San Francisco Office of Economic and Workforce Development. Lauren holds multiple degrees, including a Bachelor of Fine Arts, a Master of Education, and a Master of Fine Arts in Social Practice.
