Shawn Meredith is a seasoned financial executive with more than two decades of experience in technology development, production, distribution, and M&A due diligence. He has a remarkable track record of leading teams and positioning entrepreneurial oriented companies for growth and liquidity events, including the recent sale of a business to a strategic buyer.

Meredith is an expert in aligning, augmenting, redesigning, restoring functionality, and viability to internal operations, and implementing multi-currency financial systems that support global operations. He has extensive experience in M&A transactions, strategic analysis, evaluation, and M&A due diligence. He also has expertise in modeling, deal structure, debt financing, business integration, IPOs, negotiations, and valuations.

In terms of education, Meredith studied Bachelor of Science (BS) at the University of Florida and completed his Master's in Accounting at Florida International University's College of Business.

Throughout his career, Meredith has held several noteworthy roles, including CFO at HD Supply, Construction & Industrial - White Cap, SVP, CFO at Gemaire Distributors (a subsidiary of Watsco, Inc.), and VP at Watsco, Inc. He also served as VP Operations at Cardinal Health and CFO at Innovative Therapies (acquired by Cardinal Health), BFG Supply Co, HSW International / Remark Media, and NCI. Moreover, he was an Advisory member at Financial Executive Think Tank and Manager, Audit Practice at PwC.
