Kelly Patton is an experienced economic development practitioner with a wealth of expertise in both public and private sectors. She has years of experience in client relations, business recruitment, business retention and expansion, workforce development, marketing, and community leadership. She holds a Masters in Business Administration from Ottawa University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Communications from The University of Kansas. Patton has held several leadership positions, including her current role as Senior Economic Development Consultant, Statewide Programs at Arizona Public Service (APS), where she specializes in business development, stakeholder engagement, and economic impact analysis. Before joining APS, she served as an Economic Development Manager at Gilbert, Arizona, where she was responsible for managing various economic programs and initiatives. Kelly has also served as the Corporate Communications Manager at Goodmans Interior Structures, Director of Destination Services at Coldwell Banker, and Director of Investor Relations at Kansas City Area Development Council.
Throughout her career, Kelly has also been recognized for her exceptional community leadership and dedication to economic development. She was selected as a Certified Ambassador at Greater Phoenix Economic Council, where she provided support in business attraction and retention initiatives.
