Before joining APS, she served as an Economic Development Manager at Gilbert, Arizona, where she was responsible for managing various economic programs and initiatives. Kelly has also served as the Corporate Communications Manager at Goodmans Interior Structures, Director of Destination Services at Coldwell Banker, and Director of Investor Relations at Kansas City Area Development Council.
