Tanguy Bayard is a highly experienced software engineer, with extensive expertise in Kanban, User Interface, and Kaizen methodologies. He obtained his Master's Degree in Engineering, Computer Technology and Engineering from IG2I, Centrale Lille Dept. His A Level education includes Biology and Physics, which have contributed to his excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Tanguy has worked for several renowned organizations throughout his career. He served as the Head of NA Credit eTrading IT, Head of Global Markets IT Developments, and Lead Developer at BNP Paribas Corporate and Institutional Banking. Prior to that, he worked as a Software Engineer at SFEIR, Lafarge, and BNP Paribas Arbitrage. He also completed his engineering and technical internships at Thales Communications and Excelangues, respectively. These roles have provided him with vast experience in working with Java EE, GWT, Spring, and Hibernate technologies.
