Elise Flick is an experienced communications professional with over 13 years of experience working with mission-driven organizations. Her focus is on crisis management, event management, media relations, strategic communications, political consulting, organizing, and coalition building for clients in the energy, non-profit, corporate, healthcare, and entertainment sectors. She currently oversees the day-to-day communications for a top 10 website, provides communications and press production for large scale events, political and media consulting for a suite of TV networks, crisis communications and directly works with a late-night show on CSR initiatives, media relations, stunts, events, research and preparations for interviews, speaking engagements for the show's showrunner, writers, directors, and talent.

Before joining the Minassian Media and Oliver Global, Elise was a Senior Associate at KARV Communications, where she focused on issues management, advocacy, crisis communications, product recalls, and public affairs.
