The Coca-Cola Company

Senior Business Development Manager

Responsible for developing the national business plan with account team vice president and overseeing the partnership with the Company’s 2nd largest foodservice customer, Burger King Corporation, within the Southeastern United States and the Caribbean.

-  Managed business relationship with over 200 franchisees, representing over 2000 Burger King restaurants and over 30MM gallons in Coca-Cola volume.

-  Sold in brands for beverage optimization, e.g., Minute Maid Light Lemonade and Minute Maid Apple Juice to Burger King Division vice presidents and franchisees, addressing demographic market needs and increasing the Company’s non-carbonated beverage availability and franchisee gross profit.

-  Designed regional marketing programs with Burger King and Universal Studios Orlando, increasing annual soft drink volume by approximately 5%; beverage incidence by 4%; and restaurant profitability by over $1MM.

-  Managed Company’s budget and partnership with over 100 members of the Burger King Minority Franchisee Association, including Magic Johnson Enterprises and Burger King Florida Caribbean Franchisee Association, strengthening alliances with key customer constituents.

-  Conducted formal presentations to Burger King executives and franchisees at market meetings and conferences, thereby informing customers and gaining alignment on key business driving initiatives.

Responsible for managing the Company's strategic alliances with four national nonprofit customers: Boys & Girls Clubs of America (3,500 Clubs), Children's Miracle Network (170 Hospitals), National Park Foundation (375 Parks) and Jewish Community Centers of North America (275 JCCs).
