Chia Evers is an accomplished writer, editor, and researcher with experience in a variety of fields. Graduating with honors from the University of Wyoming in Social Sciences, she went on to earn her JD from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law. Evers has a demonstrated ability to synthesize complex information into accessible content for a broad audience. Her technical skills include using online publishing and social media tools, such as Medium, Twitter, and Hootsuite. She is also proficient in search engines, databases such as Lexis/Nexis and Factiva, and traditional library research techniques. Evers has experience editing works of varying skill levels and crafting content for diverse audiences.

Evers has worked as a Communications Associate and Communications Assistant at MIT Media Lab, contributing to their research in innovative technologies. As a former Research Analyst at Scherzer International, she helped to provide information to law enforcement agencies to support their investigations into financial fraud. Prior to this, Evers worked in the entertainment industry as a Rotoscope Artist/Assistant at Flash Film Works and as an Assistant/Trainee at Abrams Artists Agency.
