Kavitha Raman is a seasoned HR professional with extensive expertise in employer branding and campus recruitment. She holds an MBA in Human Resources Management and Services from Christ College in Bangalore and a BA in Economics from St. Xavier's College.

With a strong inclination towards the human resources field since her high school days, Kavitha has held various roles in the FMCG, IT, and e-commerce industries, including associate manager of campus relations at Indegene, campus team lead at Udaan.com, and senior employer brand executive at Unilever. She is currently leading the employer branding and campus recruitment team at one of the most popular e-commerce start-ups in India, focusing on relationship building with top B-Schools and T-Schools across the country.
